Lessons
Our riding lessons teach all aspects of horsemanship, not just riding. You can expect to work on the ground with your horse, learn about tacking up, grooming, and bathing. You may ride with others in the arena, on the trail, one on one with the instructor, or in a group with other riders. We like to expose you to as many experiences as possible, in all different types of riding conditions, and places. You will ride different horses, to learn how differently horses interact and react. You may even have a different instructor on certain days. This is a good way to learn from more than just one person. Each instructor has something new to offer. They are all highly qualified and can pick up anywhere the other left off to give you the best possible lesson.
Trail Ride
A very scenic Texas landscaped trail ride around Lake Benbrook. Your one or two-hour rides takes you meandering through creeks, along a path to see a gorgeous view of Downtown Fort Worth and all of Lake Benbrook. You will ride one of our incredible gentle and well-behaved horses on trails that are designated by the US Corps of Engineers for horseback riding only. We are the trailhead for over 30 miles of lake trails with all sorts of Texas Wildlife. The trail is approximately an hour, depending on the horses. New Policies due to Covid-19.
Spacing our lessons and Trails will give us time between each lesson to properly clean all tack, helmets, and common areas.
All lessons will have between 1 and 4 riders. Trail rides will be spaced out with a few more riders. We will make sure everyone is spaced out when tacking up and riding, according to social distancing guidelines.
All lessons must be paid in advance. We will not accept payment on the day of your lesson.
Trail Rides are CASH ONLY and are paid for the Day of your Ride!
You can pay by cash, credit card or Venmo, for lessons. Trail Rides are cash only.
Cash Payment - You can pre-pay for your next lesson, at your current lesson time. We will take cash in the office, but it must be the exact amount. We will not keep change on hand.

Cancellations must be made via email 24 hours in advance of your lesson time. Refunds for missed lessons will not be given. Benbrookstablesftw@gmail.com
Lessons are 45 minutes long. Trail Rides are 1 hour. Please arrive 10-15 min. early.
Both are $60 each
Your liability release must be sent in electronically. You can call to schedule your lesson time, and we will send you the link with a lesson form/ liability release. We will keep your release on file for ten appointments.
We hope these new guidelines will be a safe and healthy way to get back in the saddle a little sooner. It may take some getting use to but, we hope to make the best out of these crazy circumstances and still have fun learning and riding.
